Your Body Talks - Podcast #1 with Jessy Morrison & Dianne Ojar

podcast with Dianne micHad a lot of fun on the Podcast with Dianne Ojar, regarding what the body can tell us when we listen to aches and pains instead of being distracted by pain and treating it as the problem.

In 27 minutes we talked about how I gather Soul Profile Information, Akasha vs Soul Regressions, how our thougths can cause pain by energetic misalignment, how the "entitled generation" may really be the "enlightened generation",  the memories stored in the cells, and so much more.

Jessy recently did a Soul/ Akashic reading & clearings for my birthday – fascinating!

Now folks listen to this, it's nothing like what I expected. Really and truly she said to me to go to bed and just sleep. Well when I went to bed and while I was sleeping she read my Profile for 3 hours

She sent me a recording and she also sent me a report and that fascinated me even more. Some of it I didn't understand and some of it sort of confirmed some things I already knew.

and as we go along you get to know a little bit about me but please for the moment just help me welcome Jessy Morrison. Welcome.

thank you boy was that an introduction, yeah i don't know if i can live up to that

Jessy: It's so interesting for me that  you say that you don't usually sleep well, and that night you went to sleep so deeply.

I've had people come and visit my my healing room here and we'll go into their Akashic records and then they won't be able to

wake up after their session, they go so deep into a recoding or Soul Reset. I had one woman who actually stayed all night asleep on the massage table. I kept checking on her thinking what have I done?

Dianne: And I was tired Jessy. I was tired that day I really needed to sleep, so if somebody said to me go and sleep

for some reason I think that day caught me probably in a good night...

03:45

but folks it's all about Jessy so on with the show ...

Jessy: well it's odd that we live in a society that we take pleasure in not sleeping, when sleeping is how our body actually recharges

We seem to think that we get some sort of a medal for I don't know bravery or productivity or something if we exhaust ourselves.

We've got that backwards.

we really have that backwards because I know I haven't gotten any rewards ...

I just get a lot of, you know, dark circles and bags, and just feel more exhausted than anything else but then

again my body's going through a lot of purification

Dianne: so tell us a little bit about yourself Jess.

04:31

this show right now this is our season premiere. this show all right it's about who Jessy and Deanne are, what we do...

Jessy: well I'm still a work in progress. I don't know who I am yet. I'm still uncovering all that. My clients would tell me that or say to

you that I'm their body whisperer or their GPS.  But I'm not anybody's personal guidance system, I really just help people tune in and pay attention to the visceral and somatic reactions they're going thru; because our society tends to label them symptoms. If you have some thick or heavysensations people say ... oh you're feeling pain. If you're feeling fluttering your chest they call it anxiety. If you hear or feel a pulsing in your heart people get all upset and say oh my gosh am i havinga heart problem!  or if you hear rumbling in your tummy they say that it's indigestion.

we've been taught that every sensation our body feels is a "symptom" and that's not the truth. The truth is "every sensation

is simply a sensation!"  When we're alive we're supposed to feel everything and when we're dead well I imagine that we don't feel

so much because the energy isn't moving through our body anymore.

And the same with reading your soul's profile or akashic records, it doesn't come up for all of my clients as something i have to do

for them. It did come up last week a woman who is now taking my six-month mentoring. She has fibromyalgia and has ... oh she came like everything on my intake form was checked off as she is in so much painand what it came up immediately is that we had to check in with her soul and see what was going on. It turned out she had what I call not a mono-soul  - she had three souls or three

energies in her body at once, taking turns every seven years and they were causing her pain and it's like having three conversations arguing in your head all the time.

She didn't have three personalities but there's a part of her that wants to progress and and be there, with her career and take care of her family and there's another part that says no you have to take care of you

and it's there for protection but it's sabotaging her and the third one seemed to be well that one we got rid of really easy it was just mean and dark and heavy and caused a lot of hip pain, but it's we all are energy and there are many different types of energy; I even call emotions entities but most people seem to think of entities as being disembodied humans or ghosts or demons or something like that.  To me an entity is anything that is

not

of our body and i got involved in that

at a very very young age because i had a

07:13

father who

07:13

when he lost his temper his brown eyes

07:16

would turn green and i literally saw his

07:18

energy

07:19

like steam coming out of his ears but it

07:21

wasn't his so i could write a horror

07:23

movie about

07:24

what batman went through in his

07:25

childhood and

07:27

what overlapped into mine but

07:30

um we're fascinating we're in this what

07:32

i think people need to know is there's

07:34

nothing wrong with them

07:35

they're not broken they don't need

07:37

fixing

07:38

they just need to understand

07:41

that these sensations are guiding them

07:43

that these sensations are telling them

07:45

when they're closer to the higher self

07:47

or further away

07:48

i love that i love how you say that

07:50

because one of the things i

07:52

over the years you know um you know

07:56

for me it basically it was um not

07:59

knowing i know i was different but not

08:01

knowing well first of all

08:02

i'm from trinidad okay so i'm not sure

08:04

who i'm going to speak to i grew up

08:06

in a um this is not about religion

08:09

everyone just remember that it's a

08:10

disclaimer

08:12

we respect your beliefs and your faith

08:15

but i grew up as a presbyterian so

08:16

that's black and white

08:19

but i grew up with uh you know our

08:21

neighbors were muslim

08:22

hindus christians and i went to school

08:25

and that was five years

08:26

of a catholic school and then i went to

08:28

a convent no i didn't stay in the

08:29

convent

08:30

i didn't live in there but the point is

08:32

i grew up very catholic

08:34

there's a certain degree and

08:36

presbyterian and hindu i'm muslims i had

08:38

everything in me

08:40

obviously but who am i going to talk to

08:43

you can't speak to your parents and

08:45

today i was having this conversation

08:46

with someone

08:47

just and i thought you know what my

08:50

mother

08:51

because i'm very much like my mother to

08:53

a certain degree and i was thinking

08:55

and i never thought about it before

08:57

because um

08:58

they're very they're four spiritual

09:00

channels

09:01

and the main one is the direct knowing

09:03

channel which i seem to have open for

09:05

quite a long time i just didn't know

09:07

i was thinking about my mom but

09:09

unfortunately didn't they were not

09:11

educated to know these things

09:14

because of culture and society so

09:18

we have to take everything it doesn't

09:20

matter how dark

09:22

it is or how negative it is or what you

09:24

believe is negative or whatever words

09:26

you want to describe

09:27

it and sit back and think why is this

09:30

happening there's got to be something

09:32

here

09:33

and it's a conversation to have for

09:35

someone like us

09:37

and i just want to also mention correct

09:40

me if i'm wrong

09:41

jesse's the expert in this conversation

09:44

this is not about

09:45

past life regression no

09:48

not at all so maybe we should explain

09:50

what that is because

09:51

most people always bring up that

09:53

terminology and think it's always about

09:55

when we go back

09:57

and revisit or reprogram ourselves it's

10:00

all about past life regression so maybe

10:02

you can you should give up a simplified

10:03

definition of what that is

10:05

so let's just clear all these different

10:06

myths here right

10:08

and now okay wow okay i'm not sure i can

10:11

do that because i

10:12

don't do past life regressions with my

10:15

clients i

10:16

take them to well you're familiar with

10:19

timeline therapy we take them

10:20

energetically through

10:22

to a time when there is a crisis or a

10:24

trauma

10:25

and ask their unconscious mind and their

10:28

super conscious mind what they

10:30

could have learned in that traumatic

10:32

event like there was a reason that

10:34

your soul put that story there for you

10:37

to

10:38

grow through and where the growth was

10:40

halted

10:41

and you just absorbed the trauma now

10:44

that goes for generational stuff as well

10:46

whereas in past life regression i think

10:48

they actually hypnotize you and bring up

10:49

a story from the past

10:51

i don't know what they do with it but

10:53

the reason i don't do past life

10:54

regressions is because i've had clients

10:56

come in here

10:57

who've had many past life regressions

10:59

and those old stories

11:00

are now instead of their future those

11:02

stories are there and their conscious

11:04

mind is trying to analyze

11:06

how it gives them more ammunition of

11:09

what's

11:09

how i'm broken what's wrong with me and

11:12

instead of giving them tools to

11:14

repair it or move through it or grow

11:16

through it

11:17

they kind of get stuck it's like putting

11:19

a tv set in front of your mind

11:21

the mind is entertained by this and i

11:24

don't know how many people when they go

11:25

through past life rejection

11:27

actually get a solution from that

11:30

when i do the soul profile i'm

11:34

coming and there are so many different

11:35

ways of reading the akasha as well what

11:37

i learned was to

11:39

ask what was what are the personality

11:42

traits that you have brought into this

11:44

lifetime

11:45

that are are our um

11:48

benefits to you that are your super

11:50

tools

11:51

are and then i ask well what what is

11:53

stopping you from using your superpowers

11:55

here

11:56

why are you not accessing that and it

11:58

may say that you know

12:00

on the planet that you were from you

12:02

were not acclimatized to

12:04

earth's heavy gravity i get so many

12:05

people who are not comfortable

12:07

in earth's heavy specific gravity when i

12:10

dive in a little bit deeper and i ask

12:12

well what do you mean specific gravity

12:13

and they're talking about well this

12:14

energy of shame or this energy of

12:17

of guilt and security or this feeling of

12:19

i can't

12:20

do things and struggle or feeling lost

12:22

and it's like oh

12:24

that emotional frequency stuff that we

12:28

roller coaster ride on quite often until

12:30

we become observers

12:32

and a lot of the time it's because as

12:34

infants were born

12:35

into a family dynamic depending on what

12:38

your parents are going through

12:39

you lower your or dim your light as a

12:43

way of putting it trying to match your

12:45

parents frequency

12:46

so that you fit in okay and and like we

12:50

don't even know we're doing that

12:51

a lot of times what i get from my

12:53

clients is that we are born to heal our

12:55

mother or heal our father and i don't

12:57

mean heal

12:57

in that they're broken i mean to help

13:00

show them that there is a different way

13:02

of thinking a different way of living

13:03

their life

13:04

and of course then we get labeled as

13:06

black sheep because we're not thinking

13:08

in the way are

13:09

jesse were you a black sheep well here's

13:12

the thing before we go to black sheep

13:13

this is my interpretation of past life

13:15

aggression as you mentioned our timeline

13:17

therapy

13:17

where we go back we acknowledge because

13:21

you can't forget the memory but we have

13:22

knowledge

13:24

and we take an event to help us

13:26

understand

13:27

what's going on but as far as i

13:30

understand for past life aggression

13:32

is they actually take you through and

13:34

forgive me anyone if i'm

13:36

wrong please forgive me and correct me

13:39

they let you live through the trauma

13:41

again or revisit it

13:44

now what i do i'm also the creator and

13:47

founder of the elephant in the room

13:49

which really was a little bit of this a

13:52

little bit of that

13:53

i put together it just happened i used

13:55

to do for like years

13:56

i had no idea i was actually doing

13:58

something so powerful

14:00

but it's actually going to a place where

14:02

we actually

14:03

look at the the biggest issue that's

14:06

going on with you right now

14:08

the elephant in the room which is the

14:10

one what did you know

14:11

you've heard this before what's your

14:12

greatest fear and we start from there we

14:15

go in and go in and you're very

14:16

comfortable

14:18

very relaxed but it's usually something

14:20

that's

14:22

you know people suppress now for when we

14:25

go to

14:25

timeline therapy we do visit maybe past

14:29

lives in your mother's womb and so forth

14:31

but with the elephant in the room it's

14:33

usually something from your childhood it

14:34

could be a teenager as well

14:36

but we just acknowledge it i don't let

14:38

them revisit it

14:39

they acknowledge it and sometimes they

14:41

just do it themselves

14:43

but a little bit of guidance and

14:44

question it's all about the emotion and

14:46

the state of

14:47

mind so we just wanted to make sure and

14:50

clear that

14:50

this we're not going to have anybody go

14:52

back to that

14:54

incident you it will help you get

14:57

through

14:58

but that's not yeah i always say to my

14:59

clients this isn't hollywood you're

15:01

probably not going to see

15:03

a movie but you may feel and notice

15:05

because you're going in as an observer

15:07

what are the observations that you have

15:09

right now

15:10

and the other thing i like to say too is

15:12

okay so what energy are you noticing

15:14

right now and people say oh there's fear

15:16

there's so much fear and they start

15:17

going and i say well

15:18

lift up over the fear it's not is it

15:20

your fear and they go oh no it's not and

15:22

i'm like well great

15:23

then just just look at it because what

15:25

the body does

15:26

is it starts to make the neuropeptides

15:29

and the

15:30

histamines and the different steroids

15:32

and the cortisol and all these things

15:34

because your body is in remembrance and

15:37

reliving and emotion we don't want them

15:39

to relive anything we want them to look

15:41

at it and go

15:42

oh that's interesting and then move

15:44

through it well jesse

15:45

before we go further let's take a step

15:47

back and let's for those people who are

15:49

just joining us

15:50

on your body talks with jessie and

15:52

deanne let's give a little bit of

15:54

definition what some of those

15:55

terminology means

15:57

and how you use the perspectives within

15:59

the body

16:00

right so i'm just saying the words that

16:03

some people may not know what it means

16:04

but just to simply put

16:07

we want to make this as simplified as

16:08

possible for people right so to

16:10

understand there's certain things

16:12

and you're right there's certain things

16:13

in your body that your body

16:15

you know supposed to excrete or produce

16:19

or triggers whatever you want to call it

16:22

we're not the doctors but you said you

16:23

can go and google it that's one thing

16:25

you shouldn't

16:25

do because you know why here's the thing

16:29

why

16:31

it's just so much you can teach someone

16:32

but when someone goes out and research

16:34

it themselves like you know when i was

16:36

reading this and listening to have a

16:37

better understanding

16:39

it's for us to understand ourselves

16:42

right if somebody says something to me i

16:44

would go and look up the meaning of it

16:46

and say

16:47

oh okay what does that mean even if it's

16:49

a fruit or something

16:50

like dubia and i was like what's doing

16:51

what it's a stinky fruit but apparently

16:53

it tastes

16:53

amazing but it's still stinky and soft

16:56

yeah it's so sweet

16:57

i heard i people love it and somebody

17:00

told me you can

17:02

one of them is like whatever and i was

17:03

like what fulfills them

17:05

but i i was told i have to taste it i

17:08

was like okay

17:09

i will do that at some point but i heard

17:11

the cookies are really great

17:12

but the point to that story is you go

17:14

out when you hear something and you're

17:16

not sure go out

17:17

and look it up be educated when you do

17:22

look it up though there is so much

17:24

misinformation out there

17:26

look it up and notice how your body

17:29

feels

17:30

as you're reading that information if

17:31

it's feeling heavy and dark or painful

17:34

it's not aligning with what your truth

17:37

is if it's feeling light and you're

17:38

going oh yeah

17:39

oh my god this makes sense yes that

17:42

heightened feeling is then i would

17:43

follow that

17:45

line of of thinking and noticing what's

17:48

there

17:49

i think the body is the best way of your

17:51

mind will try and absorb everything your

17:53

body will tell you it's true for your

17:55

soul and your journey

17:56

it'll just get very excited and very

17:58

happy well talking about happy

18:01

i'm just looking at here um the fact

18:04

that you said

18:06

and i quote this um

18:10

what you said this was in my reading

18:12

you're not going to find out about my

18:14

reading but i'm going to pull out

18:15

certain things on my reading

18:18

if you're not enjoying life then it's

18:20

time to take a new direction

18:22

earth is your newest playground

18:25

we actually enjoy playing in a 3d

18:27

polarity emotions

18:29

and energetic frequencies

18:32

so every moment of every day find what

18:35

inspires you

18:36

to play and laugh and be

18:40

when you find yourself thinking into

18:42

heaviness

18:43

ask the rhetorical question would it be

18:46

nice

18:47

if and realign to choose thoughts

18:50

and desires that makes you feel lighter

18:54

courageous hopeful enthusiastic

18:59

you like an orchestra playing your music

19:02

and others will dance and sing with you

19:06

beautifully said did i say that

19:09

yes you did yes you did

19:13

i don't know what i came but here's the

19:15

thing you were not saying it

19:17

it was your body well yeah

19:20

we have the ability to tune into so many

19:22

different energy fields and i think on

19:24

earth right now

19:25

and for the last i don't know how many

19:27

hundreds of years what we've been tuning

19:29

into are the heavy frequencies below

19:31

anger below fear our society tends to

19:35

lock us into this energy of fear and it

19:37

becomes an addiction

19:38

we think that if we worry about a

19:40

thousand different scenarios we're

19:42

actually doing something productive

19:43

and we're not if we're worrying about a

19:45

person we're going to be lowering their

19:47

life force energy

19:49

and we are using up our own so

19:52

i have um i think did i show it to you

19:55

maybe i didn't i have this i had an

19:57

artist draw up this rainbow of of

19:59

various different emotions i think

20:01

there's 25 of them or so

20:03

and so that people can use that as a

20:06

gauge to see where they

20:08

are in the moment no you didn't and so

20:11

many

20:12

i didn't oh i know you didn't do that

20:16

jesse did not share that with me

20:21

well anything that feels heavy contracts

20:24

her energy it shuts down our intuition

20:26

and it puts us into survival mode so our

20:28

ancestors have been in survival mode for

20:30

a long long long time

20:32

we live in a society right now we've got

20:34

hot showers

20:35

we've got electric stoves gas stoves

20:38

refrigerators i mean the refrigerators

20:40

weren't invented until the 1950s isn't

20:42

that crazy

20:43

i think that our youth thinks they've

20:45

been here forever but no

20:46

people my my grandmother would go to the

20:49

store and get a big chunk of ice and put

20:51

it in a

20:51

lead box and that was the refrigerator

20:54

and you couldn't put a port of milk or

20:56

anything with it i think they put butter

20:58

and cheese in it

20:59

maybe or the meat so it wouldn't go bad

21:01

so we haven't always had these

21:04

luxuries that we take for granted i mean

21:06

electricity hasn't even been around

21:08

a long time i think in the 1940s people

21:11

had one light bulb

21:12

if they had electricity in the center of

21:15

the ceiling

21:16

and if they were rich enough to have a

21:18

washing machine they would take the

21:19

light bulb out

21:20

and take the the wiring from the washing

21:23

machine and put it in the ceiling

21:24

and do the laundry in the dark and then

21:27

when it was over they

21:28

would switch it so we have where was

21:30

that jesse

21:32

that was canada that was in canada

21:35

yeah okay i have it before my time i'll

21:37

tell you that much

21:39

but you know what here's the thing um

21:43

people have to to be comfortable and

21:46

adjust to the times and there's no

21:48

question about that

21:49

right and um there's so many things

21:52

happening with survival at that time

21:55

you know when we had the wars and so

21:57

forth i know my parents grew up in

21:59

trinidad

22:00

in world war ii yes they were born

22:03

already

22:04

so you know rations and everything was

22:07

so

22:08

it wasn't an easy life for them we have

22:10

it too comfortable

22:12

we're too too comfortable we have it i

22:14

don't know if it's too comfortable but i

22:16

think people don't appreciate the

22:17

comforts enough

22:20

we sit back and with we get so we feel

22:24

like

22:26

don't get me wrong this is not for

22:27

everyone but many people feel like being

22:29

titled

22:30

because the generation now coming in

22:33

comes in with everything that they have

22:35

they want sorry

22:37

and um it's a little bit different i

22:39

remember when my kids were young you

22:41

know one of my paycheck was going

22:42

straight to daycare and so forth and you

22:44

had to figure this out and figure this

22:46

out now everything is

22:48

so much accessible for everyone so

22:51

sometimes you get a little lazy

22:52

why because you know the kids are

22:54

texting their parents or

22:56

texting each other in the same house

22:58

next door to the room

23:00

and it's you know we've lost a lot of

23:02

family values there as well right

23:04

definitely that's an interesting

23:06

perspective because i see it very

23:07

differently

23:08

i look at the younger generations and i

23:10

don't see them as entitled

23:11

they chose the souls chose this time to

23:14

come into the planet

23:15

and they don't fall for the struggle

23:19

that we went through or our parents had

23:21

to go through

23:22

or our grandparents had to go through

23:24

it's like

23:25

um before the quarantine thing happened

23:28

here

23:29

the joke actually was that you can't

23:31

make the millennials go to war

23:33

because they're just going to sit there

23:34

and have a peace rally so they've come

23:36

in with their souls have come in with a

23:39

totally different value system

23:43

than what we had like our ancestors

23:46

didn't want war

23:47

they went to war to survive because

23:49

their politicians and everything put

23:50

them through war so a lot of their souls

23:52

when i

23:53

look at them they have this guilt and

23:55

this anguish

23:56

because they their souls don't believe

23:58

in killing other people

24:00

okay but the new generation has come

24:02

through standing on the shoulders of the

24:03

old generations

24:05

able to make some changes to the laws

24:08

and the way things are being seen it's

24:11

like the idea that they're lazy that's

24:13

that's a judgment what if it's not true

24:16

well what if it's not true well to a

24:18

certain degree and you know we can talk

24:19

about this on our next series

24:21

is the fact that i you know like i said

24:24

we might be speak about things we

24:25

generalize it does not pertain to every

24:27

single one

24:28

but i have met people who been

24:31

like that uh feel entitled and it might

24:34

be cultural as well too

24:36

and that's something we can talk about

24:37

but jesse we gotta wrap this

24:39

up girl you know we have so much to talk

24:42

about

24:43

very interesting talk topic ended um

24:46

but you know what i'm saying this um

24:49

what would you like to say to our

24:51

audience on this our premiere show right

24:53

now

24:54

if i was to wrap up today i'd want them

24:57

to become observers in their own life

24:59

notice when you say i always get the flu

25:02

or i'm a terrible mother or i hate my

25:05

thighs

25:06

or rich people are greedy or it's not

25:09

safe to eat

25:10

or it's not safe not to eat or a typical

25:13

one you know

25:14

the opposite sex cannot be trusted all

25:17

of these

25:18

are rules that we have either heard from

25:20

someone else or we have

25:21

evidenced in our life and we've

25:23

generalized

25:25

onto the broad population none of them

25:27

are truths

25:28

and if we hear ourselves spouting things

25:31

like that

25:32

we need to check in for a moment notice

25:34

it's a belief system

25:35

and hand on heart hand on belly connect

25:38

with your soul and say oh

25:39

what an interesting point of view i just

25:42

had that point of view

25:43

isn't mine and the body will either sway

25:46

forward or back or feel light or heavy

25:49

or give you some sort of a response and

25:53

it's a rhetorical question you don't

25:54

need to know if it's yours because now

25:56

you're observing it

25:57

it isn't yours it was just a simple

26:00

point of view

26:01

but you could also ask the body to let

26:03

it go

26:04

and see if it does because when we start

26:07

observing

26:08

our thoughts we're not the thinker of

26:10

our thoughts we're the ones listening

26:13

so really where do all these biases and

26:15

these

26:16

prejudices and these interesting points

26:18

of view come from

26:19

what if they're being fed to us off the

26:21

satellite dishes

26:22

or or through the tv shows and the radio

26:25

shows and everything we're listening to

26:28

just always tune into your heart and

26:29

your gut because those are

26:31

two other brains that you have the head

26:34

brain

26:34

is actually the smallest and the weakest

26:37

of the brains

26:38

and just notice what you're receiving

26:40

and it's like changing the tv channel

26:42

change the channel

26:44

i just have to say you know what big is

26:47

beautiful

26:48

that's all i got to say embrace it

26:51

love it and the word i use a lot you're

26:54

going to hear me saying a lot here

26:56

is that everything is sexy everything

26:59

has to be sexy

27:00

i'm not saying sex i said sexy it's a

27:03

different energy

27:04

basically yeah what it is your website

27:07

has speciality

27:08

it has to be appealing to people on that

27:10

note

27:11

you got to come back for more you got to

27:13

stay tuned

27:14

but your body talks with jesse morrison

27:17

and deanna ojo and i want to say thank

27:19

you so much

27:20

jesse we have so much to talk about this

27:22

would not be the last

27:24

you'll be hearing from jessie and deanne

27:26

i can guarantee you that

27:27

conversation will continue so until next

27:30

time

27:31

on your body talks with jessie morrison

27:34

and deannosa i want to say thank you for

27:36

joining us

27:37

and i hope you come back and bring a

27:39

friend and let's

27:40

talk to your body and learn how to talk

27:44

to your body and learn how to interpret

27:46

interpret but most of all learn how to

27:48

love it

27:49

this is Dianne and Jessy is saying see

27:52

you next time

27:53

on your body talks
