Bad Habit or Rebalancing?

balancing rocksDo you ever find yourself feeling confronted or overwhelmed? Like, you just can’t get through the day/event?

You’re struggling to solve a problem and you find yourself holding the left (or the right) side of your head. You could even be stroking your chin!

What we think of as a bad body habit is really just our body trying to work through the blockage. We are hardwired to physically try and change the energy and our response.

That’s WHY we hold our heads or stroke our chins. In fact, Resting the palm of your hand against your forehead or lacing your fingers together behind your head …

will help! Both of these hand positions build a bridge from your subconscious to your conscious mind.

By putting your hands in one these positions, you force your brain to shift focus and this allows you to redirect your energies to solve the problem your facing.

Were you a nail biter? Many people were, and it’s nothing about which to be ashamed. Biting your nails down to the quick at the tip of your finger stimulates your brain. It is the equivalent of giving your brain a massage. Perhaps you didn’t bite the nail – you bit the cuticle beside it! Those are stimulation points for flushing your sinuses.

Your body never try to deliberately cause you harm, however it will throw you out of balance to put you into balance. By listening to all of the “experts”, available to us these days (especially on the internet), we’re doing ourselves disservice because we are not listening to our own body.

If the info feels light go for it, if it feels heavy or hard it may not be for you. The advisors do not know you, they can only tell you what worked for them.

I want you to get in touch with yourself. Think of it as though your body were speaking a foreign language. Without training, you’re not going to be able to understand it or communicate with it.

I can help with that. relief@jessymorrison.ca” .Reach out to me today to find out how in a private 1:1 session, or join us at Transformational Tuesdays.
