Heal From Your Own Home
People see me as a healer. But I am also someone who had to heal.
I didn’t study meditation, Reiki, EFT, or BodyTalk out of curiosity. I went searching because I was in pain.
- Whiplash.
- Carpal tunnel.
- Frozen shoulders… three times.
Medications didn’t help my body the way I hoped. Some made things harder. I had to start looking for other answers — not as a practitioner, but as a person who just wanted to get through the day.
I know what it’s like to struggle with simple things.
To not be able to lift your arm.
To hesitate before hugging your kids because of the pain.
These injuries don’t usually arrive all at once.
They take things away slowly.
First, it’s the small adjustments.
- You stop reaching for the top shelf.
- You switch arms to put on your seatbelt.
- You can’t lift your hands high enough to wash or style your hair.
- You roll onto the other side at night because the ache wakes you up.
You start to notice how much you relied on the fine motor skills you once took for granted.
Then the bigger losses begin.
- You skip gardening.
- You stop writing, reading, swimming.
- You pass on playing with your children because the ache afterward isn’t worth it.
- You cancel appointments because the waitlist is months long, or it’s just not in the budget right now.
So you learn to manage.
You adapt.
You tell yourself this is just part of getting older.
But when your neck and shoulders lock up, everything feels harder.
Sleep suffers.
Your range of motion shrinks.
The pain moves around — neck one day, deep behind the shoulder blade the next, then a sharp catch when you lift your arm.
It feels random. But it rarely is.
There are connected muscle groups holding tension.
There are patterns the body has learned.
And often, there are emotions that were pushed down so you could keep going.
That’s the part most people miss.
Healing isn’t only physical.
It’s emotional.
It’s energetic.
And then the body begins to follow.
Thirty years ago, I used the tools I had.
There’s a Frequency for That
Learning and using new ways to support wellness.
Today, we have even more support and tools available.
I’m actually using PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field) therapy, red light, and frequency support right now as I recover from recent surgery, and one of the most beautiful parts is this…
- I don’t have to go anywhere.
- No driving to appointments.
- No waiting rooms.
- No pushing through pain just to get help.
I can support my body right here at home — gently, consistently, and on my own schedule.
And the empowering part?
These aren’t just clinic tools anymore.
They’re available for home use, and you can own them, too.
If your body has been quietly asking for help …
If you’re tired of just managing and adapting …
Message me 🏠RELIEF and I’ll share how frequency support, red light therapy, and PEMF can help you start supporting your healing from home.
Remember: Healing isn’t only physical.
It’s emotional.
It’s energetic.
